Returns and Warranty RETURNS FOR CREDIT If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product and the issue cannot be solved, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. (Exceptions may apply). To return a product for credit contact our customer service department listed below: United States Ez-Living Customer Service Center Phone: (858) 583-8439 or (800) 906-8891 Fax: 858-576-2539 Email: support@ez-living.com You will be provided with a return authorization (RA number) that should be written on the outside of the original or replacement box. Item returned must be in brand new condition along with instructions/manual that came with it, and warranty material. Include a brief note stating your name, address and the reason for the return in order to be credited properly. Customer is responsible of freight return charges either via UPS (if portable scooter or small item) or by truck freight line company for full size or compact scooters (Freight must be prepaid and insured for it's full purchase price). There is no re-stocking fee however you will be charged for the original outbound shipping charges. Item will be inspected before refund is processed. Ez-Living will credit the original credit card.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY After 14 days all products are covered by our manufacturers warranty programs which vary by product. Please see the manufacturers websites for details on their warranty programs and procedures.
