| Garret began playing hockey in 1998 playing roller hockey at Santee Roller Skate Land for the mite and squirt Warriors and then Peewee Vipers. He and his teammates earned 7 championship trophies, the last playing up in the Peewee division, which was special playing for his dad as coach along with other players from his ice team. Garret began playing Ice hockey in 2004 playing for the San Diego Saints before he came to the Ice Qub’s. Garret is a utility player in that he can play both defenseand offense. He has also played in goal for both ice and roller. Only playing ice for less than a year and half Garret has worked hard and is playing in both the squirt and peewee divisions to increase his skills to go further in his ice hockey endeavors. Garret has attended many hockey camps including, Ultra Skills, Okanagan, Brad Buetow, Joe McKeegon, Robby Glantz and Turcotte. Garret was the Captain of the Qub squirt red team in the summer season. Off the Ice Garret is a 5th grader and goes to school at Vista Grande. Garret enjoys swimming, RC cars, building things, tropical fish, skating and of course, roller hockey. | | |
