| Drake is 10 years old and began rollerblading at age 2. His first hockey game was at age 4 at the Escondido Sports Center where he once scored 7 goals in a roller hockey game. Drake began playing ice hockey at 5 as a mini mite at Iceoplex in Escondido. As a member of the Predators in 2002/2003, Drake played with three of his current teammates, Christian Gerrits, Dylan Krill, and Jared Lawrence. Drake transferred to SDIA as a mite and played on the Ice Qubs Mite Tournament Team coached by Scott Forbes in 2003/2004. Last year Drake was selected to play on the Ice Qubs Squirt B Tournament Team coached by Craig Sterling. That team won 4 championships, including the Disney Ice Earlybird Tournament, Thanksgiving Gulls Tournament, San Jose Christmas Tournament, and Riverside Easter Tournament. Drakes favorite player is Jerome Iginla and his favorite team is the Calgary Flames. In addition to ice hockey, Drake enjoys paintball, golf, and lacrosse. He wants to be a hockey player or announcer when he grows up. | |  | |
